Paper Town is a collaborative creative space and these are its guiding principles. By picking up a fold, you agree to honour them.
What Paper Town is
Paper Town is a free, browser-based memory card game with an origami aesthetic. Match paper-folded pairs, earn fold points, and fill the town gallery. No payment. No registration.
Open studio
Crafters of all ages and skill levels are welcome. Paper Town contains no violent content, no gambling, and nothing inappropriate for younger audiences.
Fold points
Points are awarded per matched pair, with a crease multiplier for consecutive matches. Fold points are session-only and have no monetary value.
No wagering in the studio
Paper Town has no in-game currency, no loot mechanics, no randomised prizes, and no wagering of any kind.
Creative ownership
All game assets — folded design, code, illustrations — belong to their creators. Personal play is freely permitted. Commercial reproduction or redistribution requires written permission.
Prohibited conduct
Automated tools, bots, and deliberate service disruption are not welcome in the studio and are strictly prohibited.
As-crafted disclaimer
Paper Town is provided as-is without warranties. We hold no liability for indirect losses arising from gameplay or service outages.
Agreement revisions
These terms may be revised. The date above will change when they are. Continued crafting constitutes acceptance.
